Je m'appelle Leslie Nahama
Française installée à Londres, je suis coach certifiée, hypnothérapeute, et spécialisée dans l’accompagnement en thérapie brève.
J’accompagne les enfants, les adolescents et leurs familles avec une approche douce, bienveillante et personnalisée, centrée sur le bien-être émotionnel et le développement de l’enfant.
Je suis également spécialisée en coaching en parentalité consciente et positive, car les difficultés rencontrées par un enfant sont souvent liées à des dynamiques familiales plus larges.
Mon approche est globale : j’accompagne à la fois l’enfant et les parents, en travaillant sur les comportements, les réactions émotionnelles, la communication et les outils éducatifs.
Ce regard à 360° permet d’apaiser les tensions, de mieux comprendre les besoins de chacun, et de retrouver un équilibre familial durable.
