Hypnosis & perinatal

I use perinatal hypnosis which can be implemented on situations or pathologies pre, per and post partum and in an approach around conception.

I support you around the perinatal period with Ericksonian hypnosis, induced by a state of slight modification of consciousness in which the person can direct their attention with a view to both bodily and mental relaxation.

My goal : Give future mothers confidence in their abilities to give birth It’s about reconnecting women to their natural and innate resources to give birth to their babies.

The woman's body is programmed to give birth without the conscious mind intervening. Just as every female mammal “knows” how to give birth to her young, every woman “knows” how to do it.

But unlike mammals, our consciousness, my mind intervenes in this event and we all know this extraordinary capacity that many of us have to construct hypothetical catastrophic scenarios, as well as the power of the mind on the body and the harmful consequences of stress on physiology. This method therefore also aims to prevent stress from interfering with the smooth progress of pregnancy and childbirth as much as possible.

Help the future mother to free herself from fears, soothe the fears and pain of pregnancy to fully enjoy it.

Hypnosis & pregnancy

MY SUPPORT

I use hypnosis techniques to support pregnant women to enable them to experience their pregnancy peacefully, such as managing physiological discomforts and anxieties specific to pregnancy and childbirth.

– For the woman: strengthen security and bring back internal resources, particularly if there has been a “painful” experience during a previous birth, such as premature birth, obstetric trauma, etc.

Allow you to experience pregnancy and birth in psychological and physiological comfort conducive to a more natural birth.

– to support during the “fourth trimester of pregnancy” by promoting the bond of attachment to the child born, and also to improve recovery, prevent postpartum depression and promote lactation.

– support can also be provided for the couple in becoming a “parent” and adjusting the family system to prevent the risks of postpartum depression or family breakdown.

– to transmit to the couple techniques allowing them to invest in pregnancy, childbirth and the child.
