During the first session, I establish a climate of trust in order to establish together a clear and precise objective.
This session lasts on average one hour.

The first part of the session is an interview which will allow us to define the strategy and tools to put in place for the future. Hypnosis can be used to facilitate the access to all unconscious resources.
​
The next sessions will be dedicated to implementing changes and awareness.
​
3 hypnosis sessions can be enough, this can go up to ten for coaching support.
​
I establish a caring and comfortable climate while allowing me to be confrontational if this is necessary and beneficial to progress towards the objective.
VIDEO CONSULTING
Payment is possible by transfer before the session.
Your session is confirmed once payment has been made. A connection link will be sent by email before the session, zoom, whatapp or other that may suit you. ​​​
Depending on the problem and the number of sessions to be planned, the price will always be adjusted and discussed before the support ​

Choose a quiet space and anticipate to avoid any disturbance.
Earphones or headphones are possible
