Terms of Sales ​

These General Conditions of Sale determine the conditions applicable in the context of the services provided by the company Thefrenchhypnocoach on behalf of a Client.
Any order for coaching or hypnosis support from the company implies the Customer's unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.   

Commercial proposition :  
For each support, Thefrenchhypnocoach company undertakes to provide a quote to the Client. The latter is required to return to the company a copy filled in, dated, signed, with the words “Good for agreement”.   

Conditions and payments:
Payment possible by Bank Transfer.

Payment must be made the same day for individual sessions and at least 7 days in advance for collective sessions and for groups.

Reimbursement possible for any cancellation of a group session (non-group) if the cancellation is made at least 2 days before the date of said session. Any payment incident will be subject to a payment reminder by email. If payment is not made within 15 days following the reminder by e-mail. The Coach reserves the right to suspend the service. The amount of penalties for this non-payment results from the application to the amounts remaining due and €500 in additional penalties.

In the case of a telephone or videoconference session, payment must reach the coach before the session.  

GDPR compliance The personal information communicated by the customer to the company Thefrenchhypnocoach is useful for processing the registration as well as for the creation of a customer file for commercial prospecting. According to the “information technology and freedoms” law of January 6, 1978, the customer has the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data concerning him.  

Appeal – Dispute These General Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute arising between the company Thefrenchhypnocoach and the Client, the search for an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing this, the matter will be brought before the competent court.
