I have always been passionate about topics related to child development.
I discovered and became interested in authors like Isabelle Filliozat, Céline Alvarez, Dr. F. Dodson, Tracy Hogg. After 10 years in digital and innovation, I decided to focus on my natural skills in human relations and helping others, with a preference for support related to childhood.
I started my training with a global view to help others progress: coaching. I combined it with a powerful tool to encourage and accelerate movement: Hypnosis.
This tool is also a simple and fun way to work with children, who are much better than adults at using their imagination and connecting with their own world.
I also discovered Hypnosis during my pregnancy and I wanted to professionalize myself in order to support other mothers in their project with autonomy in well-being and confidence: whether it is in the making, in course or following a birth. The brain has the capacity to repair if necessary, prepare and control the body when we know how to request it.
This journey allowed me to really become aware of the mechanisms of thought, the limitations that we can unfortunately put on ourselves and the infinite resources that our brain can find.
Today, I support people, parents, mothers, children who wish to do so in a coaching process in which I integrate as needed Ericksonian Hypnosis which also allows us to communicate with our unconscious.
